
1 medium head broccoli, chopped
1 large sweet candy onion, chopped
4 T butter
fresh ground sea salt
fresh ground pepper
fresh chopped thyme
fresh chopped basil
2 cups shredded raw milk cheddar
8 slices of whole grain toast
Sauté onion in butter until translucent. Add brocolli, salt and pepper, sautéing until broccoli is bright green. Toss in herbs – didn’t specity quantity – choose as much as you like
Place toast on parchment paper on baking sheet. Top with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
